I’m 45 and will be married for 24 years next week, but I don’t really feel old. I go to bed a little earlier, but I don’t feel old in my head or my heart. My body is holding up well with no medical issues though I do need glasses.
It’s hard to believe it has been 24 years since I was that wide eyed girl of 21 walking down the aisle.

Hello Michelle–Thanks for reading! And I love what you said, that inside you don’t feel the age that you are. Ditto. For me it’s the combination of experiences over the years + the age of my kids that is telling, reminding me that I’m not as young as I once was! 🙂

I find if I dont think about age (will be 70 in 2 months) and just enjoy each and every day and what I have accomplished – 42 years married; 5 children; 9 grandchildren – everyday is a blessing –
